Booking:

When will I receive attendance information about the National Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast?

You will receive a ticket for the National Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast via email as soon as you book. Following this, you will receive an email from us one week before the Prayer Breakfast with your seminar allocation and more details about accessing Westminster Hall on the day.

Waiting list:

I’m on the waiting list; when can I expect to hear back from you?

People on the waiting list will be contacted either when their MP has confirmed they have booked to attend or, if their MP is not attending, nearer the time of the breakfast if space becomes available. We will contact everyone on the waiting list with further information by 10 June.

General:

I can't find my ticket

Your ticket will have arrived via email when you booked. Please search your email Inbox and Junk folder for an email with the subject line: National Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast.
If you are still unable to find your ticket, please go to National Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast 2026 – National Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast 2026 | Brushfire. Under ‘Actions’ on the right hand side, you can search by clicking ‘Find My Tickets.’

Can I make a change to my booking?

If you need to change your dietary requirements or would like to change your seminar choice, please contact 01793 418222 or email npb@biblesociety.org.uk

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

If you would like to pass your ticket to another church leader in the same constituency, please also contact 01793 418222 or email npb@biblesociety.org.uk.
Please do not pass your ticket to a church member or a church leader from another constituency.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are decided on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and how close to the event it is. Please email npb@biblesociety.org.uk with your booking details and the reason for requesting a refund.

Can another church leader from my church attend as well as me?

Unfortunately, due to a limit on spaces we can only offer one place per church. Where a church is co-led, please decide between you which Church Leader will attend.

Can my spouse attend?

Due to capacity in the Hall, we are unable to accommodate spouses at the Breakfast. If you are attending Evensong and the Tour of Westminster Abbey on the evening of 6 July, spouses are welcome to attend this.

When can I expect to hear about seminars etc?

You will receive an email a week before the breakfast with details of your seminar.
If you have indicated that you would like to attend the Bible Society event after the breakfast, your details will be passed onto the Bible Society and you will receive an Eventbrite ticket from them. If you have not received this, please contact 01793 418222 or email npb@biblesociety.org.uk

Will I be seated with my MP?

Yes. Our aim is to have all church leaders sitting with their MP

What should I wear?

While there is no strict dress code for the Breakfast, many MPs and Peers wear business attire while working so you may wish to use this as your guide. Please feel free to wear clerical clothing if this is your normal practise.

I have booked to attend the Westminster Abbey Evensong and Tour on Monday 6 July. What time do I need to be there?

The Abbey can be accessed from 4.30pm onwards and seats will be reserved until 4.45pm. The tour will begin as soon as evensong has cleared. Please remain in your seat after Evensong and the Abbey Guides will meet you to begin the tour.

What time do the doors open on the 7th?

Security gates will open at 6.00am please aim to arrive no later than 7.00am to allow sufficient time to pass through security. The breakfast will begin at 7.30am.

What form of ID do I need to bring?

Please bring your ticket, either on your phone or printed.
Please bring a form of photo ID (eg: passport or driving license)

Where do I need to go to get into the event?

The email you receive the week before the event will include a map showing the Visitors’ Entrance at Cromwell Green.

What do I do if I need help/support with access?

If you have any special mobility or dietary needs of which you have not informed us, please let us know these in advance by calling 01793 418222 or email npb@biblesociety.org.uk.

Travel/Accomodation/Luggage:

What are the nearest stations?

The nearest tube station is Westminster, and the nearest mainline stations are Victoria, Waterloo and Charing Cross.

Where would you recommend to stay nearby?

The following are a couple of options of cheaper accommodation in the Westminster area that may be a good option for staying overnight before the National Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast:

Salvation Army – William Booth College

A number of rooms are available at the Salvation Army’s William Booth College via a special arrangement for the National Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast. The college is approximately 30 minutes by public transport or 30 minutes by car from the Palace of Westminster. Bookings must be made via the NPPB Parliamentary team – please email christiansinparliament@gmail.com for further information.

Premier Inn – The Hub, Westminster Abbey

There are several Premier Inns in Westminster – ‘hub by Premier Inn’ is both the least expensive and the nearest to Parliament. All rooms come with double beds and modern facilities – see here for further details. Approximately 5 minute walk from Westminster Hall.

The closest Point A Hotel to Westminster is close to Lambeth North Underground station, and about a 20 minute walk away from Westminster Hall.

Are there any luggage facilities in Westminster Hall?

There is nowhere to store luggage once you are on the Parliamentary Estate. Small bags can be brought in but will need to be kept with you at all times. These can be put underneath your chair for the duration of the Breakfast but remain your responsibility at all times. Bags larger than 600 mm x 400 mm cannot be brought in.
