NPPB 2023

The 2023 National Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast took place on Tuesday 27 June in Westminster Hall in the Houses of Parliament. The Breakfast was chaired by Lord Curry of Kirkharle and was attended by over 200 MPs and Peers, as well as Ambassadors and church leaders from across the UK.

The theme of this year’s breakfast was ‘The Power of Forgiveness in Public Life’ and a keynote address on this topic was given by Dr Amy Orr-Ewing. The programme also included music from Geraldine Latty-Luce, Carey Luce and band, who led those present in singing ‘Crown Him With Many Crowns’, ‘Here Is Love’ and ‘And Can It Be’, and a choir comprised of parliamentary staff, students and alumni from London School of Theology, and friends of Christians in Parliament who sang ‘Amazing Grace’.
